Regarding the work of arranging administrative units at all levels and organizing a 2-level local government model, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Ha Giang province have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the Central's policy, ensuring overall quality and progress. The province is focusing on reviewing the staff at the commune and provincial levels as well as facilities and equipment to ensure that after the arrangement plan is ready to go into operation.

Ha Giang Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested Tuyen Quang province to proactively and actively coordinate and join hands with Ha Giang province to implement the Politburo's Conclusion, establish a Steering Committee and working group to handle common work related to the two provinces to ensure smooth and close coordination, all for the common development goal.

At the meeting, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga thanked the leaders of Ha Giang province for their warm welcome. She also shared her joy with the results in socio-economic development and the implementation of the task of streamlining the organizational structure of the political system of Ha Giang province.

He affirmed that Tuyen Quang province is also making great efforts to implement the central government's major policies and projects in the area such as the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project; the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. At the same time, it has proactively reviewed and committed to ensuring the best conditions for implementing the contents of the project to rearrange provincial administrative units, ensuring progress according to the central government's direction. The province has also proactively reviewed the conditions of material facilities in implementing the streamlining of the organizational apparatus and implementing a two-level government.

Thereby, together, they will build the locality to develop quickly and sustainably.

At the working session, leaders of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces exchanged experiences in organizing and implementing socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security in the first quarter of 2025; and directions and tasks in the coming time.

In addition, the leaders of the two provinces also agreed that in the coming time, the Party committees and authorities from the provincial to grassroots levels of the two provinces will continue to strengthen coordination, promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, strive to overcome all difficulties, quickly stabilize to achieve the highest results in implementing assigned tasks and work.
