Approving the list of beneficiaries of attraction allowances and long-term allowances for civil servants of the Forestry Sub-Department according to Decree 76/2019/ND-CP dated October 8, 2019 of the Government for the first 6 months of 2025

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has issued Decisions No. 805/QD-SNNMT and No. 806/QD-SNNMT dated September 5, 2025 approving the list of beneficiaries of attraction allowances and long-term allowances for leading and managing civil servants at the Forest Protection Sub-Department according to Decree 76/2019/ND-CP dated October 8, 2019 of the Government for the first 6 months of 2025.

In which, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has approved the list including: Receiving attraction allowances for leading and managing civil servants at the Forest Protection Department according to Decree 76/2019/ND-CP dated October 8, 2019 of the Government for 03 people. Receiving long-term allowances for leading and managing civil servants at the Forest Protection Department according to Decree 76/2019/ND-CP dated October 8, 2019 of the Government for 05 people.

In addition, the Department also issued a Notice approving the list of civil servants and public employees receiving the first attraction allowance, first subsidy and first seniority allowance in the first 6 months of 2025 for 16 civil servants and public employees of units under the Forest Protection Sub-Department.

The Forest Protection Sub-Department is responsible for issuing a Decision approving the attraction and long-term allowances for civil servants and public employees in accordance with the prescribed authority and preparing a budget estimate to submit to the direct superior management agency according to the budget decentralization for approval and implementing the payment of allowances to civil servants in accordance with regulations.
