Joining the delegation were delegate Duong Van Phuoc - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Nam province and leaders of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, People's Committee of Nui Thanh district.

At the memorial house of State Council Chairman Vo Chi Cong, the delegation offered flowers and incense in memory of the late State Council Chairman Vo Chi Cong - an outstanding leader and an excellent son of his homeland Quang Nam.

Next, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai presented gifts to the leaders of the People's Committee of Tam Xuan 1 commune, the authorities of Khuong My village, the management unit of the memorial house of President of the State Council Vo Chi Cong and representatives of 21 families with revolutionary contributions in the locality.

Speaking to representatives of local authorities and families of people with meritorious services, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai emphasized that the revolutionary career of the late Chairman of the State Council Vo Chi Cong and his contributions are a great source of motivation and a shining example for future generations to learn from and follow.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai expressed his gratitude to the local authorities and the memorial house management unit for taking care of, restoring, preserving and promoting the value of the relic, demonstrating the affection and responsibility of the next generation towards the late Chairman of the State Council Vo Chi Cong.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai also sent his regards and best wishes for a healthy and prosperous New Year to representatives of families of meritorious people in Khuong My village. At the same time, he requested the local government to continue to pay attention and implement policies for meritorious people, demonstrating the nation's precious morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking water".
