Reporters of Quang Nam Newspaper and Radio and Television Station won national journalism award for youth work

(QNO) - A group of reporters from Quang Nam Newspaper and Radio and Television Station won the Encouragement Prize of the National Press Award for Youth Union work and youth movements in 2025.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), on the evening of June 19, in Hanoi , the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held a ceremony to award the National Press Awards for Youth Union work and youth movements in 2025.

The National Press Award on Youth Union work and youth movement was launched by the Central Youth Union Secretariat in 2017 to commend and honor outstanding press works on Youth Union work and youth movement, models, activities, youth projects, exemplary youth, youth life, creating attention from all levels, sectors and society for the work of educating , nurturing and promoting the young generation.

In 2025, the award will continue to receive, compile and score entirely online on the internet at the website: giaibaochi.doanthanhnien.vn. The award received the attention of many reporters from central and local press agencies with more than 400 participating works.

According to the Organizing Committee, this year's entries have shown innovation in the way of expression. Many topics on youth union work and youth movements, typical young people, good models, and creative ways of doing things have been exploited and conveyed by reporters, having a widespread influence and impact on society.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 A prize, 1 B prize, 2 C prizes and 3 Encouragement prizes. The work “Green imprint of Quang Nam youth” by the group of authors My Linh - Tuyet Trinh (Quang Nam Newspaper and Radio and Television Station) was awarded the Encouragement prize.
