With 50 booths, the fair is a space to connect product consumption and expand the market. Thereby, it helps cooperatives, businesses, and young households to exchange, learn and introduce regional cultural identity to a large number of people and tourists.

In parallel, training courses on safe production techniques, value chain management, management skills, brand development and market access will be held for 150 trainees, aiming to improve the capacity of young people in developing production in a sustainable and modern direction, meeting the requirements of domestic and international markets.

Another important content is the program to commend and honor 26 outstanding ethnic minority youths in starting and establishing their own businesses. These are people who have affirmed their pioneering and creative role in economic development associated with preserving national cultural identity.

Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam, commented that the outstanding faces honored today are not only a source of pride, but also a support and inspiration to encourage the young generation to continue to strive, assert themselves and contribute more and more to the community and the country.

“The Central Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union will continue to be a trusted companion, working with you to light the fire of will, determination and aspiration so that every young person, whether in the mountains, border areas or plains, has the opportunity to rise up, assert themselves and contribute to building a rich, beautiful and civilized country,” comrade Nguyen Tuong Lam added.

Nguyen Vu Linh (Thoi Son ward) started his business with a laser engraving model of handicraft products. The model has brought Linh an income of 800 - 900 million VND/year; creating jobs for 5 permanent workers and 10 seasonal workers. In addition, Linh also organized vocational training for more than 20 young people in the locality.

Excited after receiving the award, Linh shared: “I am very proud and honored to be one of the 26 young people being recognized this time. I will try to improve product quality and create a brand for the locality. At the same time, create more jobs for rural youth.”
