Central Youth Union simultaneously launched Green Sunday

This is an activity demonstrating the synchronous participation of Youth Union chapters nationwide.

On the morning of September 21, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organized the 6th national "Green Sunday" launch program and responded to the campaign "Make the world cleaner" in 2025 at Xuan Phu Square, Hue City.

Green Sunday and the response to the campaign "Make the world cleaner" attracted many union members and young people to participate in practical activities for the community.

At the launching ceremony, representatives of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union presented models to Hue City including: Community without plastic waste; green trees for landscape; waste classification at source and Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Road.

The program also launched 40 Youth Volunteer Teams for Environmental Protection representing 40 communes and wards in Hue City. This is the core force, regularly accompanying the community in environmental protection work, contributing to maintaining, promoting the effectiveness and sustainability of environmental protection activities.

Along with environmental protection activities, the program's organizers also paid special attention to social security work with activities such as: Giving 20 meaningful gifts to families with revolutionary contributions; giving 30 bicycles to children who overcame difficulties to study well.
