Speaking at the launching ceremony, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward Nguyen Xuan Hai called on cadres, party members, civil servants, workers, organizations, businesses, households and people of the ward to promote the tradition of "Mutual love and affection", "The healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", join hands to share the difficulties and losses of people in areas affected by natural disasters. Every contribution, no matter how small, shows affection, social responsibility and helps people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, all officers, civil servants and employees of the ward's agencies contributed at least one day's salary to support people in the flood-hit areas, with an amount of nearly 90 million VND. The entire amount of donations will be compiled, reported and transferred by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City to promptly support people in the affected provinces.

This practical activity is not only a material and spiritual sharing for people in disaster areas, but also demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and humanity - a fine tradition of the Vietnamese people, and at the same time, affirms the responsibility and affection of the Party Committee, government and people of Thanh Xuan ward in social security work.
