Along with that, the inspection team will inspect equipment and tools, people directly producing and trading food; production and processing processes; food transportation and preservation processes; raw materials for food production and processing; origin, source, expiry date of raw materials, additives and finished food products; food product labeling... If necessary, the team will take samples to test food safety and quality.

According to the plan, during the 7 days of operation, the inspection team will inspect 28 establishments producing and trading street food services, focusing mainly on stores selling ready-to-eat food such as baked goods, moon cakes, etc.
