PVCFC was honored for the 5th time as a Typical Enterprise for Employees

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the evening of August 15, Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC, HoSE: DCM) was honored to receive the title of Outstanding Enterprise for Workers in 2025. This is the 5th time, in which 3 consecutive years PVCFC has maintained this title, continuing to affirm its position as one of the leading brands connecting and accompanying workers.

The award is considered a "measure of prestige" to encourage businesses to invest in human factors - an important foundation of sustainable development. Through many rounds of rigorous assessment, only 28 businesses were honored from nearly 190 selected businesses. These businesses fully meet the criteria of responsibility to employees, responsibility to the State and responsibility to society.

This is the 5th time PVCFC has received the award, and the 3rd consecutive year (2023-2025) the Company has maintained the title, affirming its steadfastness in the strategy of caring for workers' lives and building a progressive and harmonious working environment.

PVCFC has exceeded requirements in all three criteria groups for many years. Firstly, it is the responsibility to employees, the company ensures stable jobs and income; safe working environment; fully implements salary, bonus and insurance regimes; has welfare policies beyond regulations; creates favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively.

Second, regarding responsibility to the State, PVCFC complies with the law, tax obligations, environmental protection, and local regulations.
