Da Nang - Miss Ba's jumping shrimp pancakes impressed Michelin judges with their fresh ingredients and impressive flavors, imbued with Central Vietnamese cuisine .

The Michelin Guide has just officially announced the list of restaurants that have won the Bib Gourmand award in 2024 in Da Nang . Among them, Miss Ba's jumping shrimp pancake restaurant is one of the most popular dining places because of its taste and affordable price.

Located on Trung Nu Vuong Street, Hai Chau District, this banh xeo restaurant has been open for more than 10 years.

According to Michelin's description, the banh xeo here impresses with its texture as well as the accompanying dipping sauce: "The spongy, thin, crispy crust with the standard Binh Dinh flavor, topped with fresh shrimp, dipped in a bowl of spicy and sour fish sauce, makes the flavor explode."

The special ingredient that makes the "brand" of the restaurant's banh xeo is the fresh shrimp. The shrimp chosen to make the filling must always be alive, jumping when put into the mold. When eating, diners will feel the shrimp meat is fresh, firm, slightly sweet, not mushy like frozen shrimp. In addition, the filling is full of bean sprouts, pork and green onions.
