Vietnam-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership develops in all fields

On March 1, 2001, Vietnam and the Russian Federation established a comprehensive strategic partnership. Up to now, the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Russia has always developed deeply and extensively in all fields.
