Implementing the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense, on this occasion, Military Region 1 has 4 Colonels with the titles of Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command (Bac Ninh, Bac Giang ). After the merger and reorganization into the new Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command, the comrades are allowed to retire, wait until they reach the age of active service according to their military rank, then retire and retire early, and enjoy the regime according to Decree 178 of the Government.

Major General La Cong Phuong, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 1, presented decisions to officers who were allowed to retire from work according to the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense .

Speaking at the conference, Major General La Cong Phuong praised and acknowledged the dedication and contributions of the four Colonels who received the decision this time; affirmed that throughout their work, no matter where they are or what position they hold, they have always maintained their political stance and absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; overcome all difficulties and successfully completed their tasks; especially the sense of responsibility, self-awareness and volunteerism of the cadres in the context of streamlining the organizational apparatus in the current political system.

The Political Commissar of Military Region 1 expressed his hope that after retiring, the comrades will continue to promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, care for, monitor, encourage, and accompany the Military Region 1's armed forces and participate in activities at their place of residence, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.
