Quang Nam extends Hung – Lai Nghi Bridge project with an area of ​​18.7 hectares

On June 13, Mr. Ho Quang Buu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, approved the adjustment of the progress of the investment project to build housing in the Cau Hung - Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area (phase 1), Dien Nam Dong ward, Dien Ban town.

According to Mr. Buu, in order to create conditions for investors to deploy the next documents and procedures, invest in construction to complete the entire project, accept, put into use, promote investment efficiency or review and adjust the legal documents of the project to ensure the conditions for acceptance, put into use, and early completion of the project; agree to adjust the progress of the investment project to build houses in the Cau Hung - Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area (phase 1), Dien Nam Dong ward, Dien Ban town.

Adjusted time until the end of December 2024 to complete compensation and site clearance for the remaining area to continue construction.

By the end of June 2025, complete the project implementation, acceptance and handover to put the project into operation.

Saigon Thanh Dat Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company, the investor, must work with the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to review and evaluate the ability to carry out compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.

The investor shall promptly carry out the next procedures of the project to ensure compliance with the laws on construction, housing, real estate business and other relevant laws; and shall take full responsibility before the law for any violations in the project investment, construction and real estate business at the project.

At the same time, the enterprise closely coordinates with the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, the unit implementing compensation and site clearance work and related Departments, units and localities of Dien Ban town in compensation, site clearance and resettlement work to be allocated land, complete related documents and procedures and concentrate human resources and equipment to implement construction to complete the entire project to ensure project progress.

The Company is responsible for preparing a detailed project schedule (including compensation and site clearance schedule; project construction investment schedule and capital allocation plan) and sending it to the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Dien Ban Town People's Committee as a basis for progress management and monitoring of project implementation according to regulations...

The investment project to build housing in the Cau Hung - Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area, phase 1, has basically completed the technical infrastructure.

The Project of Investment in construction of housing in the Cau Hung - Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area (phase 1) was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in principle to assign Saigon Thanh Dat Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor in Official Dispatch No. 4598/UBND-KTN dated August 29, 2017, with a total area of ​​18.7 hectares.

Currently, the basic construction project has completed the technical infrastructure according to the approved detailed construction plan within the scope of site clearance and the completed technical infrastructure and social infrastructure works have been inspected by the Department of Construction for acceptance, with assessment of technical infrastructure connections.

In Report No. 129/BC-SXD dated June 16, 2023, the Department of Construction proposed that the Provincial People's Committee agree on the policy of handing over to Dien Ban Town People's Committee to receive and manage the area that has been invested in the construction of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure works, and has been inspected for acceptance work under the project.
