Quang Ninh launches QN-14 Force

Strengthening the assurance of security and order, contributing to ensuring absolute safety for the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, on the evening of September 24, in Bai Chay ward, the Provincial Police coordinated with relevant units to organize the launching ceremony of an elite professional force coordinating to ensure traffic order and safety (TTATGT), maintaining security and order (ANTT) with the name QN-14 Force. Attending were comrade Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of a number of departments and branches.

QN-14 force was established with the aim of mobilizing the combined strength, enhancing coordination between professional forces, between the Provincial Police and local departments, branches, sectors and organizations, to ensure security and order, traffic safety in the area; creating a clear change in quality and quantity in the work of ensuring traffic safety and preventing and combating street crimes. This is also the core force in carrying out peak periods of attacking, suppressing crimes, handling violations, creating a safe and healthy environment, contributing effectively to the socio -economic development of the province.

Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the initiative and determination of the Provincial Police and requested the QN-14 Force to continue to closely follow and seriously implement the directions of the Ministry of Public Security , the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee on ensuring traffic order and safety and preventing and combating crimes and law violations; ensure centralized and unified leadership and direction from the province to the grassroots level; promote the role and responsibility in leadership and direction; assign specific tasks, clearly define people, work, responsibilities, and results. At the same time, proactively advise and propose to competent authorities appropriate solutions to flexibly and effectively handle complex situations that arise. The QN-14 Force working groups closely follow the grassroots level, grasp the situation of the area, routes, and fields; proactively forecast, detect early and remotely, and promptly handle violations of the law; Focus on strongly suppressing all types of street crimes, illegal racing by teenagers, weaving in and out, carrying weapons to disturb public order, smuggling, drug trafficking and other mobile crimes; resolutely and strictly handle them, without any restricted areas or exceptions. At the same time, focus on strictly handling violations, especially violations of speed, alcohol concentration, drugs, and overloading; proactively divide and regulate traffic scientifically, ensuring smooth flow at key routes and areas; take the consensus, support and cooperation of the people as a solid foundation for the QN-14 force to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

As a key area for national security and defense, economic, tourism and service activities are always developing and taking place vigorously, the security and order situation in general and traffic safety in particular in the province always have many potential risks. In particular, recently, the situation of young people violating the law, gathering, using motorbikes, speeding, recklessly overtaking, weaving, weaving, carrying more people than prescribed, using weapons... is still happening, causing loss of traffic safety and security.
