Accordingly, the acting chairman of the Quang Tri People's Committee, Ha Sy Dong, acknowledged and highly appreciated the idea of ​​T&T Group and the consultant from Singapore (CPG Signature Consulting - Singapore). Mr. Ha Sy Dong said that the idea of ​​planning the Quang Tri Aviation - Logistics - Service - Trade and Airport Urban Complex is appropriate, aiming to exploit the maximum potential advantages of the locality, and at the same time agreed with the planning idea proposed by T&T Group and the consultant from Singapore.

Regarding the scope of the planning study, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province agreed on the Quang Tri Airport Urban Planning plan of about 3,400 hectares, including urban areas - trade services - logistics - semiconductor industry and high-tech industries as the core to develop each level according to a suitable radius, forming an aviation industrial complex ecosystem of about 7,000 hectares with strong connectivity, oriented to open space to develop into a complex of regional and international scale.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province requested T&T Group and the consulting unit to receive opinions from provincial leaders and departments and branches to review the current land fund and complete the planning plan and ideas.

For the planning of the Nhan Core area, it is necessary to study the expansion to the South, closely following the Hieu River and Thach Han River (section through Gio Linh district), to the East, study the connection with the Coastal Road connecting the East-West Economic Corridor to create room for expanding the planning space, at the same time, it is necessary to study to include the entire area into the Southeast Economic Zone and study to remove from the planning areas that are difficult to impact development to ensure consistency.

Mr. Ha Sy Dong assigned the Economic Zone Management Board to preside over and coordinate with T&T Group and CPG Consulting to urgently complete the plan and planning ideas for the Quang Tri Aviation - Logistics - Service - Trade and Airport Urban Complex and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for comments on the policy in February 2025.
