According to the representative of the Traffic Department, because the road clearance and the intersection with Kim Dong Street have a lot of traffic, the fence installation as above is just a test for the authorities to monitor and evaluate. "This is also to find the most optimal solution to organize traffic appropriately when implementing the hard fence to construct the project," said the representative of the Traffic Department.
