Continuing the 8th Session, on the morning of November 29, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Geology and Minerals. The National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Rescue and Relief. Delegates discussed in the hall the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Supervision Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils. Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies. In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Securities Law, the Accounting Law, the Independent Audit Law, the State Budget Law, the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets, the Tax Administration Law and the Law on National Reserves. Voted to pass the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Planning Law, the Investment Law, the Public-Private Partnership Investment Law and the Bidding Law. The National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Public Investment (amended).
