The district has consolidated and reorganized the organizational apparatus, perfected the leadership and management positions of a number of Party committees, agencies and units; consolidated, reorganized and perfected the model of grassroots Party organizations according to the policy of reorganizing the political system.

Up to now, Hiep Duc has 39 grassroots party organizations under the District Party Committee with 2,013 party members.
