Reviewing the conditions for successfully organizing the 1st Provincial Party Congress

On the morning of September 24, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held the 8th Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee Meeting (special topic) to review the content and necessary conditions for organizing the 1st Provincial Party Congress; consider and give opinions on a number of contents within its authority. Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung chaired the meeting.

Attending the conference were comrades: Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Also attending the conference were leaders of Local Departments II; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee; representatives of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; heads and deputy heads of sub-committees for propaganda, organization, service and protection of the 1st Provincial Party Congress; and leaders of relevant agencies.

At the conference, delegates reviewed and commented on the reportage "Imprints of the 2020 - 2025 term" to be shown at the 1st Provincial Party Congress; reviewed the content and preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress; reviewed and commented on the appointment of official delegates of Party committees under the Provincial Party Committee to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Thi Nguyen Thao spoke at the conference.

Accordingly, preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 are being carried out urgently, synchronously and on schedule. Visual propaganda activities on the roads in the centers of communes and wards have been carried out; construction, installation and decoration at the congress area are being urgently completed. Operational plans of press agencies have also been developed in detail, ensuring effective service for information and communication work.

At the same time, the conditions of facilities, reception, logistics, security, medical care , etc. are all focused on, meeting the requirements of organizing the congress at the highest level. The Congress Organization Subcommittee has established 5 specialized service teams; the Congress Security Subcommittee also developed a traffic diversion plan to ensure safe and smooth traffic.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department Phan Thanh Tam reported on the congress security plan.

Concluding the conference, Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung requested Dak Lak Newspaper, Radio and Television to absorb the comments at the conference and continue to complete the reportage "Imprints of the 2020 - 2025 term" to be shown at the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
