Students organize the event 'Vietnamese Spice Game'

This is also the final product of the third-year students' event and banquet course. The student group representative said that "The Vietnamese Spice Game" helps introduce typical Vietnamese ingredients that not only have high nutritional quality but also achieve perfection in appearance. Here, diners can meet and pay tribute to culinary artists, culinary experts and Michelin-starred restaurant chefs.
