Phu Tho Province Department of Education and Training guides on reviewing and returning results of High School Graduation Exam

GD&TĐ - On July 15, the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province issued Document No. 113 announcing exam scores, instructions for reviewing and returning results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Accordingly, the test scores of candidates will be updated to the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Management System of the Ministry of Education and Training . Candidates can look up their test scores starting from 8:00 a.m. on July 16, 2025.

Candidates submit an application for exam review according to the attached form at the exam registration unit from July 16, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on July 26, 2025.

Units receive candidates' appeal applications and perform the following tasks: Accurately enter candidates' appeal information into the Exam Management Software before 5:00 p.m. on July 26, 2025;

List of candidates requesting to review their exam papers (according to the attached form) and a scanned copy of the candidate's request to review their exam papers sent to the email address: phongktkd.sophutho@moet.edu.vn from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on July 26, 2025;

Submit the application for exam review at the Public Administration Service Center from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on July 28, 2025, including: Request letter from the unit; List of candidates requesting exam review; Candidate's application for review.

Before July 18, 2025, the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province will update the results of the high school graduation recognition on the exam management software. The units will exploit and widely notify the candidates.

At the same time, issue temporary Graduation Certificates to graduated candidates and return transcripts and certificates (originals) to candidates in accordance with regulations, to be completed no later than July 22, 2025.

The Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province will issue Certificates of exam results to units from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on July 19, 2025, specifically as follows:

For units under Phu Tho province (old) at the Quality Management Department, Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province.

For units of Vinh Phuc province (old) at the headquarters of the old Vinh Phuc Department of Education and Training.

For units of Hoa Binh province (old) at the headquarters of the old Hoa Binh Department of Education and Training.

Units shall return the Certificate of Examination Results to candidates no later than July 22, 2025.
