On the afternoon of October 15, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference in person and online to communes, wards and special zones in the whole province to thoroughly grasp the implementation of key tasks in the coming time. The conference is an important starting step, creating high unity in awareness and action of the entire political system and people to successfully implement the goals and tasks in the new term.

Immediately after the administrative unit arrangement, Cua Ong ward focused on perfecting the organization, smoothly operating the 2-level government model, ensuring stable operations, effectively serving the people and businesses. After more than 3 months of implementation, the basic apparatus was perfected, meeting work requirements; at the same time, continuing to review and recruit additional vacant positions to improve the quality of the team.

Along with streamlining and improving the effectiveness of the government apparatus, Cua Ong ward pays special attention to building cultural institutions and community living spaces, considering this as the foundation for social cohesion and improving people's lives. Currently, all 55 neighborhoods of the ward have places for entertainment and community activities, of which 23 neighborhoods are equipped with outdoor exercise tools and equipment. Closely following the province's policy, the ward clearly defines the roadmap for renovating and beautifying residential areas in a synchronous and modern direction; promoting people's strength, effectively using socialized resources, associated with the responsibilities of each level, each sector, each cadre and party member.

Regarding the policy of improving the quality of urban areas and residential areas, and achieving the goal of making Quang Ninh province a centrally-run city before 2030, Dong Trieu ward is determined to make efforts to implement it. The ward quickly reviewed the surplus land funds from the implementation of the 2-level government model and vacant land funds managed by the locality to form public spaces that can be used immediately. For urban areas, the ward focuses on building new, renovating, and embellishing parks, flower gardens, squares, lakes, and river banks into multi-functional open spaces, such as: entertainment, recreation, public parking lots, and encouraging urban development projects that integrate private public spaces to increase space for serving the community.

For existing residential areas and rural areas, the ward proactively reviews land funds, encourages people to donate land or utilizes public land to create playgrounds for children, simple sports grounds, and outdoor cultural areas. The works are guaranteed to be reasonably planned, accessible, safe, hygienic and suitable to local cultural characteristics.

Immediately after the provincial conference to disseminate key tasks in the coming time, Phong Coc ward proactively implemented specific policies and development orientations into the local action program. The ward will launch a widespread emulation movement among all cadres, party members and people, aiming at the goal of building a civilized, modern, green - clean - beautiful urban area. The movement focuses on specific tasks such as beautifying and renovating the urban landscape; investing in and perfecting the wastewater collection and treatment system, ensuring environmental sanitation. The ward studies and proposes local adjustments to the planning to suit the development orientation and the 2-level urban government model.

At the same time, the locality focused on clearing the land for the Song Chanh bridge project, preparing a report proposing investment policies for residential roads, with priority given to completing the road leading to Song Chanh bridge. At the same time, the two-level government apparatus continued to operate effectively. The staff and civil servants promoted their sense of responsibility and dedicated themselves to serving the people; agencies and units were comprehensively improved, closely coordinated in directing, operating and resolving work. The ward's Public Administration Service Center received and resolved a large volume of documents in accordance with procedures and on time, and was trusted and highly appreciated by the people.

To implement this policy, the leaders of Ha Lam ward have surveyed the location to research, arrange and build a suitable location to build a playground. The Ward Fatherland Front determined to promote propaganda and widely disseminate the contents of the Resolution in conjunction with concretizing them with practical actions, suitable for each residential area and target group. From now until the end of 2025, with socialized resources, the Fatherland Front and the ward's mass organizations will implement 3 playground projects with a total cost of more than 500 million VND; renovate and concretize a residential road worth nearly 80 million VND; and sponsor 17 children in difficult circumstances. Through these specific and practical activities, the Fatherland Front and the ward's mass organizations have been arousing patriotism, community responsibility, promoting the strength of the great national solidarity bloc, contributing to the effective implementation of local political tasks.
