Many tourists calmly swim at Sam Son beach before storm number 10

Although Thanh Hoa province has issued a document banning the sea from 6am this morning to respond to storm No. 10 Bualoi, many tourists still calmly swim at Sam Son beach.

On September 27, the Thanh Hoa Province Civil Defense Command sent a document to departments, branches, and localities regarding the sea ban to respond to storm No. 10 Bualoi in 2025.

According to the document, based on the bulletins of the National Center for Hydrometeorology, storm No. 10 moves very fast (nearly twice the average speed), is strong in intensity, and has a wide range of influence. To ensure the safety of people and boats in the area, the Provincial Civil Defense Command has decided to ban the sea from 6:00 a.m. on September 27 until the storm no longer affects.

Localities and relevant units must be responsible before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Command if they allow subjectivity and negligence to occur, causing damage to people and property.

According to VietNamNet, from 4pm on the same day (September 27), along Sam Son beach, there were hundreds of tourists walking and swimming. Big waves, high water, rescue forces continuously reminded and called on people and tourists to come ashore, but many people still ignored.
