Strengthening the fight against smuggling and trade fraud

On August 20, the Provincial Market Management Department organized a workshop on combating smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods for goods transported through the postal system in Ninh Binh province.

At the workshop, delegates discussed the following contents: Legal regulations related to the Postal Law; e-commerce; smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeit goods through the postal system; violations mainly occurring with goods transported through the postal system in the province. Difficulties and obstacles in the fight against smuggling, commercial fraud, counterfeit goods and violations in e-commerce and through the postal system.

At the same time, discuss solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination between the Provincial Market Management Department and postal service businesses and functional agencies and forces in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods and violations in e-commerce activities through the postal system in the province.

Through the Workshop, we aim to propagate and disseminate legal regulations on postal services, guide businesses to detect and handle violations, thereby creating a fair competitive business environment, and ensure that goods transported through postal activities comply with legal regulations.

At the same time, strengthen coordination between the market management force of Ninh Binh province with departments, branches, sectors and postal enterprises in the province to join hands in fighting against violations of the law, removing difficulties, creating conditions for enterprises to invest and expand services.
