
At the meeting, voters reflected on the slow resolution of land location swaps after the State reclaimed them and the process of resolving policies for demobilized soldiers. There were cases where demobilization had occurred nearly 40 years ago but there were still problems that had not been resolved to be resolved.


Voters also expressed concern about the disregard for the law by a segment of youths and the control of inputs to ensure food safety and hygiene in schools. Voters also reported to delegates the problem of counterfeit, fake, and poor quality goods still occurring in many localities; and the cumbersome procedures for loan settlement for students.

Many voters also recommended early review and installation of traffic lights on Highway 55, investment in more machinery and medical equipment, especially dialysis machines to serve the increasing medical examination and treatment needs of people in Tanh Linh area.

Representatives of Dong Kho commune leaders and departments and branches answered and clarified issues of concern and recommendations from voters. Mr. Dang Thuc Anh Vu - Director of the Department of Health said that the regulations on ensuring food safety are very strict. Regarding the authority to manage this field, which was previously undertaken by the district level, the Department of Health will temporarily take over. The Department of Health will advise the Provincial People's Committee to decentralize and re-delegate powers based on regulations on 2-level local government.

Regarding the provision of medicines, supplies and equipment for medical facilities, the Director of the Department of Health affirmed that this issue has always been of interest to the province and has been regularly invested in. Regarding the proposal for dialysis machines, the Department of Health is synthesizing to invest as soon as possible. The Tanh Linh Medical Center has proposed 10 machines to serve the medical needs of the people in the area.


Regarding the issue of loans for students, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Thao - Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank said that loans for students have been implemented since 2007 and are still effective and practical.
In response to the feedback that the procedure requires confirmation from the locality, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank affirmed that this is to ensure strict compliance with Government regulations and requirements for each file, ensuring that loan applications are approved for the right subjects.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, National Assembly Delegate of the province requested the sectors and localities to urgently inspect, review and resolve the legitimate petitions of voters according to their authority and report to the province according to regulations.

Provincial National Assembly deputies also informed voters about the tasks, solutions, and achievements in socio-economic development, the fight against and prevention of crimes and law violations, food safety, medicine and medical supplies; poverty reduction, prevention of smuggling and trade fraud, etc.
