This is an activity within the framework of the Program summarizing the emulation cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Northern midland and mountainous provinces taking place in 2 days 6-7/12/2024 in Ba Be district, Bac Kan province. Attending the handover ceremony were representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of 7 provinces in the emulation cluster including: Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Giang, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Yen Bai .

The Emulation Cluster has awarded 70 million VND in support to Ms. Trieu Thi Binh's household in Na Hai village, Quang Khe commune, Ba Be district. This is a poor, single, disabled household with no support. The house was started from June 2024 to early November 2024 with a total cost of 180 million VND, with an area of ​​70m2, a level 4 house.
