Training on digital signatures for public service for more than 100 commune-level officials and civil servants

From August 25 to 26, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training course on digital certificate management registration on the specialized digital signature certification management system for 102 officials and civil servants of communes and wards in the province.

Overview of the training class.

Digital signatures for official use are an important tool to ensure the legality, authenticity and safety of electronic transactions of state agencies. The synchronous and effective implementation of digital signatures will contribute to reducing administrative procedures, limiting the use of paper documents, improving work productivity and enhancing transparency in work processing.

At the training course, trainees studied the following contents: Regulations on digital signatures for specialized public service in the Law on Electronic Transactions No. 20/2023/QH15; Regulations on digital signatures for specialized public service in Decree 68/2024/ND-CP; Instructions on registration and management of digital signatures for specialized public service; and answers to some difficulties and problems of units and localities in the process of implementing digital signatures.

  Through training, the initiative of localities is enhanced, ensuring the implementation of digital signatures is smooth, safe and effective; improving working efficiency in the digital environment, building e- Government towards digital Government.
