Training course "Improving management capacity for start-up businesses"

On September 29-30, the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) of Cao Bang province coordinated with the Center for Incubation of High-tech Agricultural Enterprises under the Management Board of the High-tech Agricultural Zone of Ho Chi Minh City to organize a training course with the theme "Improving management capacity for start-up enterprises". Attending the training course were Mr. Nong Thanh Than, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue, Deputy Director of the Center for Incubation of High-tech Agricultural Enterprises; representatives of leaders and experts of specialized departments of departments, branches, cadres of communes, wards and 40 trainees who are enterprises, cooperatives, business households, individuals, groups of individuals with production, business and start-up activities in Cao Bang province.

Mr. Nong Thanh Than, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, spoke at the training conference.

The training content was taught by Dr. Duong Thi Kim Lien - Director of the Institute for Supporting Business Innovation, Head of the National Techfest Impact Technology Village on: overview of startup business management; building vision and core values; market strategy and target customers; financial management in the early stages; leadership and management skills of startup teams; risk management, legal compliance; skills in raising capital and cooperation in startups; State support policies for startups and innovation activities in businesses. Trainees discussed and practiced building specific action plans for their businesses or startup ideas under the guidance of the lecturer.

Overview of the training conference

Through the training course, the aim is to equip individuals, cooperatives, and local startups with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate professionally, closely linked to the innovative startup ecosystem. Contribute to promoting the startup movement, creating momentum for socio -economic development in the context of the province increasing the application of science and technology, promoting the potential and unique advantages of the locality./.
