Training: Improving digital knowledge and skills for civil servants and public employees of Dak Lak province, by 2025

On the morning of October 9, 2025, in Buon Ma Thuot ward, Dak Lak province. The Department of Science and Technology of Dak Lak province coordinated with the Institute of Information Technology, Hanoi National University to organize the training program "Improving digital knowledge and skills for civil servants and public employees of Dak Lak province, 2025", this training program is for 22 units, wards/communes in the western region of Dak Lak province.

Mr. Tran Duy Tan - Deputy Director of the Smart City Monitoring and Operation Center delivered the opening speech.

The digital knowledge and skills training program includes 02 courses, which is an activity under the Digital Transformation Training Program of Dak Lak province in 2025 of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued in Decision No. 0801/QD-UBND dated August 4, 2025.

This is the 2nd class of 4 classes of Course 2, held in 2 days, from October 9 to 10, 2025 with more than 88 participants. The training content includes 3 main topics: Improving digital transformation capacity in digital government development; Applying AI to support professional work; Instructions on operating and using document management and administration software (iDesk) to serve the 2-level local government model, instructions on handling common errors. The training class was delivered by Dr. Bui Van Cong, from the Institute of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi .

Through the training course, students are equipped with knowledge of digital skills such as: Documents related to electronic transactions; National digital transformation strategy; Introduction and selection of AI (Artificial Intelligence) applications... to serve professional tasks in the new period.

Dr. Bui Van Cong - Institute of Information Technology, Hanoi National University delivered the training program content.

According to the training program, the next 2 classes of course 2 will be held on October 14-15, 2025 and October 16-17, 2025 in Buon Ma Thuot ward, Dak Lak province.
