Training to improve management capacity for members of the Cooperative Management Board

The Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union has just organized a training conference to improve the quality of leadership and management of all levels of the Union in supporting and developing collective economy , cooperatives and management capacity for members of the Management Board of cooperatives owned by women in the province.

Attending the training course were more than 80 women who are leaders and officials of the Women's Union of 11 districts/towns/cities; Team leaders of models/linked groups with potential to develop into cooperatives; members of the Board of Directors of cooperatives owned or managed by women in Binh Dinh province.

At the training class, the women listened to speakers share practical experiences and useful skills, helping to solve challenges in cooperative management with specific contents such as: Introducing new points of the Cooperative Law 2023 - Policies on collective economic development, cooperatives; Instructions on building brands for cooperatives, products and services - brand names for female cooperative leaders; Instructions on making production and business plans, practicing making production and business plans and marketing products.

In particular, the women have been equipped with modern management tools such as applying AI technology in management and business planning to help women-owned cooperatives become more confident in operating and developing cooperatives.

Through lively lectures and practical examples, the women had a deeper insight into the role of female leaders in cooperatives and were equipped with many useful management skills as well as the application and use of technology to serve their work.

The knowledge gained from the course will be the luggage for you to apply in practice, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of your cooperative, your business, your business establishment and improving the management capacity of the cooperative. Each student builds for themselves a specific action plan, with clear goals to apply knowledge in practice.

In addition, this is also an opportunity to exchange, connect and learn from each other among members of the Cooperative Management Board, businesses, etc.
