Trade union training

On November 2, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Social Development Training Center, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City to organize a training course on trade union work for more than 70 full-time officials and union officials of enterprises in the province.

Trainees were taught 3 topics: Skills in organizing activities of grassroots union presidents; Methods to improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese trade unions with labor representative organizations; Digital transformation in trade union activities. Thereby helping trade union officials improve their awareness, knowledge, and skills in organizing trade union activities and movements at the grassroots level to meet the requirements in the new situation.
