On January 16, in Gia Lai, THACO AGRI held a conference to deploy investment, production, business and management plans for 2025.

Attending the Conference were Mr. Tran Ba ​​Duong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO, Mr. Tran Bao Son - General Director of THACO AGRI; Board of Directors of THACO, THACO AGRI and nearly 240 personnel who are Leaders of Complexes/Corporations; Leaders and employees of Business Blocks/Departments of THACO AGRI, HAGL Agrico, THADICO and THILOGI working at the Gia Lai Executive Office.

At the conference, Mr. Tran Bao Son - General Director of THACO AGRI presented a report on strategy, investment plan, production, business and administration in 2025 and up to 2027.

2025 is the third year that THACO implements the Multi-sector Strategy and 5-year Plan (2023 - 2027), this is also a pivotal and important year for THACO AGRI. Up to now, THACO AGRI has identified an effective model and method of crop and livestock production, along with appropriate management methods. This is the year that THACO AGRI increases investment in construction, expands banana and fruit tree growing areas, and focuses on increasing the number of cows. It can be said that the performance of THACO AGRI in 2025 will be an important premise for sustainable development in the following years, contributing to realizing the mission of "Elevating Vietnamese agriculture ".

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO Tran Ba ​​Duong said that compared to last year, the scale of implementation this year has increased 2-3 times, therefore, it is necessary to implement carefully, seriously and in compliance with standards, not to be subjective or negligent. All work must be strictly controlled, thorough and detailed. 2025 will be the year to prove the success of the integrated and circular strategy.

In addition, THACO AGRI needs to find and train suitable personnel to accompany the development. It is important that each personnel must have enthusiasm, loyalty, and an honest working attitude, combining the spirit of an industrial person with creativity, technique and discipline with diligence, hard work and dedication in agriculture.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO shared: “To achieve real values, we need to be aware of different thinking and apply management methods suitable to the specific field. Most importantly, real values ​​are only achieved by people who work honestly, wholeheartedly, for the common good.” In addition, the Chairman also emphasized the importance of focusing on implementing the plan in a systematic and standardized manner in 2025 to create a solid foundation for the following years.
