On the afternoon of October 9, VNA reporters noted that many low-lying areas such as Duong Tu Minh Street, Xuan Hoa Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen Province were still flooded, but the spirit of "leaving no one behind" was still spreading strongly. Mr. Phan Van Lap, living at 26/1 Duong Tu Minh Street, Quan Trieu Ward, shared that his house was flooded more than 3 meters deep, the flood had begun to recede last night, and he continued to receive support from functional forces to overcome the problems after the flood.

Participating in guiding and regulating traffic at the Phan Dinh Phung - Cach Mang Thang 8 intersection, Lieutenant Colonel Cao Quy Duong, Head of the Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department - Thai Nguyen Provincial Police, said that Thai Nguyen people in flooded areas are still facing many difficulties. The authorities are supporting people in dangerous areas to move to safety, continuing to support people in dangerous areas with food, cleaning houses, and cleaning the environment. The ultimate goal is to help people restore production and business activities.

The functional forces used boats to support food for people and transport those in dangerous areas who needed relief to safety, guiding and coordinating smooth traffic, especially serving the activities of the leadership and relief teams. "We helped people before, during and after the floods, participated in relief and supported people with the spirit of finishing the job, not working until the end of the day," Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Xuan Tung emphasized.

Mr. Dang Ngoc Tien, the rescue team leader in Da Nang, shared that his team participated in providing relief food, life jackets, dry food, water, milk, etc. to people in the flooded areas of Thai Nguyen, helping people reduce some of their difficulties in the flood and return to their daily lives. In addition, they also used boats to help take people out of dangerous areas and take them to medical facilities when necessary.
