Ho Chi Minh City honors 'Favorite Enterprises 2025' voted by employees

On the evening of October 9, in Ho Chi Minh City, CareerViet officially honored the "Favorite Enterprises 2025 - Enterprise of Choice" voted by employees, reflecting the trust and love for businesses in the context of increasingly fierce competition, difficulty in attracting and retaining talent.

The top 10 large enterprises that shine and are voted the most favorite by employees in 2025 are Vinamilk, Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex, Masan Consumer Joint Stock Company - Masan Consumer, Hoa Sen Group, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank - HD Bank, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company - PNJ, LOTTE Mart Vietnam and Panasonic Vietnam Limited Liability Company.

In the large enterprise sector, CareerViet also honored leading enterprises in the multi-industry fast-moving consumer goods industry, namely Masan Consumer Joint Stock Company - Masan Consumer; Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company leading the construction and building materials industry; Vinhomes Joint Stock Company leading the Real Estate - Leasing industry; HDBank - Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank - HD Bank leading the Banking - Finance - Securities industry.

In addition, CareerViet also honored the Top 10 medium-sized enterprises; categories of enterprises providing impressive application experiences; enterprises most loved by internal employees and sustainable development enterprises voted and evaluated by employees.

In order for employees to vote for "Favorite Enterprise 2025", CareerViet cooperated with Amco Vietnam Market Research Company to conduct a survey of more than 4 million interests, with more than 88,100 survey participants and 6,700 leading enterprises from many different fields.

Honored to receive the title of “Favorite Enterprise 2025”, the representative of Masan brand also shared about the harmony between generations of workers in the group with more than 6,000 employees. In which, the young generation accounts for a large proportion of the total workforce, especially in the marketing sector. Despite the gap in age and mentality, the generations at the company are very close, sharing, and creating a friendly working environment.
