Thanh Hoa pays salaries and allowances to nearly 900 contract teachers

Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh has just signed a decision approving a total budget of more than VND 53 billion to pay salaries, allowances and contributions for 893 contract teachers according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP of the Government in 2025 (phase 4).

According to this decision, the beneficiaries are teachers whose labor contracts have been signed by school principals according to the instructions of the Department of Home Affairs in Official Dispatch No. 3130/SNV-CCVC dated June 29.

The provincial budget will ensure payment of salaries, allowances and contributions according to the regime and basic salary for the number of months according to the contract in 2025.

The remaining costs and other arising policies and regimes will be covered by the People's Committees of communes and wards from the local budget. The employer is responsible for paying the regimes and policies according to the actual working time.

The Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Finance to take full responsibility for the accuracy, legality and approval authority.

People's Committees of communes and wards are required to proactively use the additional funds and balance local budget sources to implement policies and regimes, and make timely and correct payments to the right subjects.

School principals are responsible for signing contracts, the legality and validity of labor contracts, and ensuring the regime, policies and legitimate rights of employees.
