New establishment of Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province

In this project, the province clearly stated the necessity, current status of organization and operation of the units expected to be arranged, the content of establishing the new Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, implementation organization, expected effectiveness, conclusions and recommendations.

In terms of content, the project proposes the establishment of a new Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center based on the merger of the old Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the Binh Phuoc Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the District Land Fund Development Center in the old Dong Nai Province and Binh Phuoc Province. At the same time, the internal departments of the units will be arranged, merged and consolidated to form a new organizational structure. The center's headquarters is expected to be located at the old Quang Vinh Ward People's Committee headquarters.

The functions of the center are to create, develop, manage and exploit land funds. Organize the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement. Organize the implementation of land use rights auctions and other services in the land sector. Be the investor of compensation projects, resettlement support, construction investment projects to create and develop land funds and other tasks according to the provisions of law and other tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.

It is expected that the center will have a director, 3 deputy directors, 6 specialized departments and 18 branches, with a total staff of more than 600 people.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, the development and implementation of this project aims to contribute to innovation, reorganization of the political system, streamlining the payroll associated with restructuring, improving quality, effectively using the staff, reducing regular expenses. Streamlining the organizational structure, creating connectivity, reforming procedures. Effectively using public assets, offices, saving operating costs.
