After nearly a month of competition, the contestants of Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025 entered the final night taking place on the evening of September 19 at Vinh Hy Bay ( Khanh Hoa province).
The new Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025 belongs to contestant Nguyen Thanh Thao, 1st runner-up belongs to Pham Thi Phuong Vy after the behavioral round of answering the same question for the top 2.
The behavioral question is: "Why do you deserve to become Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025?"
Contestant Thanh Thao answered: "Any candle we can light, but to keep that candle burning forever, we need someone to stay and be willing to raise and protect that candle, just like Miss Ocean Vietnam, so that it is not only the title and the crown but also the willingness to stand up for Miss Ocean Vietnam and for our community.
And more than that, it is also a love for the environment from a 23-year-old female student carrying within her the hope of spreading love as well as the strength of a modern woman that she wants to accompany Miss Ocean Vietnam to spread the environmental project One Step for the Ocean more widely to young people and all people.
Because, I hope our country will have a clean environment so that future generations can focus on studying and take the country further in the era of development."
Contestant Phuong Vy answered: "To become a beauty queen, there are certain criteria that I think only the organizers, the judges, and all the audience here can judge and decide. I think I have tried to show my best ability and I hope to receive the love of the judges, the crew, the program organizers, and all of you here."
The behavioral test has one question:
The top 2's answers to the behavioral questions were clearly different when contestant Phuong Vy was almost unable to provide information, data and arguments for the question. Many viewers expressed their opinions that this could not be called an answer in an important behavioral question to compete for the highest position.
Previously, the Organizing Committee announced the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd runner-up titles respectively belonged to Nguyen Thi Khanh Huyen, Nguyen Thi Diem Chau, and Nguyen Ngoc Huyen Tran.
With the theme of Ocean Breath , the stage of the final night was designed in blue tones to evoke the image of the ocean. The jury members included famous names: designer Vo Viet Chung; beauty queens: Le Au Ngan Anh, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau, Le Hoang Phuong, Nguyen Le Nhu Van...
In the final night, from 30 contestants, the judges selected the top 20, top 15, top 10, top 5+1 (Most favorite contestants)... Beauties such as Nguyen Thi Diem Chau, Nguyen Thanh Thao, Chau To Quyen, Le Nguyen Xuan Thao... who were highly appreciated from the beginning of the contest were all present in the top.
In addition to the crown, Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025 also has subsidiary awards including: Most Favorite Beauty, Sea Beauty, Fashion Beauty, Ao Dai Ambassador, Heritage Ambassador, Cultural Ambassador, Tourism Ambassador and Environment Ambassador.
