“Ordinary, unremarkable experiences that occur in everyday life can weaken a person's ability to resist moral temptations,” the report said.

In other words, researchers found that people were better able to maintain their moral fiber and resist temptations in the morning than later in the day.

By mid-afternoon, people are often pushed into a state of depleted self-control. As a result, they are more likely to lie, cheat, or indulge in lazy behavior.

The time when it is easiest to lose self-control is at 3 pm.

They should organize their work during the day in a logical way. More challenging tasks should be tackled in the morning, while less demanding tasks should be put on the processing list for the afternoon.
