The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said today, October 11, the weather in the North and North Central regions will have fog in some places early in the morning and sunny during the day.

From Quang Tri to Lam Dong and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain. The Central Highlands and the South will see rain concentrated in the evening. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

Rainfall forecast from 10-30mm, some places over 80mm. Warning of risk of heavy rain (>60mm/3 hours). Local heavy rain can cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes and flooding in low-lying areas.
