Notice of time and location of teacher recruitment exam in Ha Tinh

The Recruitment Council for teachers of kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, vocational education and continuing education centers for the 2025-2026 school year in Ha Tinh province, announces to candidates who are eligible to take the entrance exam (round 2) and candidates participating in the assessment of foreign language proficiency for candidates participating in the recruitment exam for teachers of kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, vocational education and continuing education centers for the 2025-2026 school year the following contents:

1. For candidates taking the exam (round 2) recruited according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government stipulating policies to attract and employ talented people to work in agencies, organizations, and units of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations

- Time for opening and announcement of exam regulations: 7:30 a.m. on October 27, 2025 ;

- Exam time: From 8:15 a.m. on October 27, 2025 ;

- Exam location: Provincial Center for Continuing Education , No. 52, Le Hong Phong Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province.

- Exam format: Question and answer

2. For candidates participating in foreign language proficiency assessment ( English)

- Exam time: 2:30 p.m., October 27, 2025

- Exam location: Provincial Center for Continuing Education, No. 52, Le Hong Phong Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province;

- Exam format: Multiple choice test on computer.

3. For candidates taking the exam (round 2) recruited according to Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants; No. 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP

- Time for opening and announcement of exam regulations: 2:30 p.m., November 4, 2025

- Exam time: November 5, 2025

+ Morning: Starting from 7:30 for candidates applying for primary school teacher positions.

+ Afternoon: Starting from 1:30 p.m. for candidates applying for the positions of preschool teachers, junior high school teachers, high school teachers, and teachers of Continuing Education Centers.

- Exam location: Phan Dinh Phung High School , No. 65 - Phan Dinh Phung Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province.

- Exam format: Written exam (180 minutes)

Note: All candidates must be present 15 minutes before the scheduled time of each exam to ensure organization .

The Recruitment Council informs the candidates to be proactive in the process of participating in the recruitment exam. During the organization process, if due to objective conditions or force majeure, the time and location must be changed, the Recruitment Council will notify later.
