On the occasion of the New Year and the traditional Tet At Ty 2025, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee would like to send our sincere greetings, deep thanks, and best wishes for the New Year to our compatriots, comrades, cadres, and soldiers in the province; Quang Nam people living far from home; and friends at home and abroad living, working, and studying in the province.

The Year of the Dragon 2024 has passed with many advantages, difficulties and challenges intertwined; however, the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Nam have promoted the spirit of solidarity, determination, courage, and steadfastness to overcome difficulties; strengthened the building of the Party and the political system; and brought about economic recovery and growth. Many humane social policies and guidelines have been issued and effectively implemented; many difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks in various fields have been focused on and resolved, contributing to promoting production and business activities, creating trust, consensus and widespread influence among all classes of people and the business community.

That achievement is the result of the outstanding efforts of the entire political system; the support, joint efforts, and unanimity of all classes of people; the companionship of the business community; the sharing, support, and assistance of Quang Nam people living far from home; and friends at home and abroad. That is the proof and continues to affirm the position, mettle, and aspiration to rise of the heroic land and people of Quang.

2025 is an important year, the year of the Party Congresses at all levels and the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress, and the year of commemorating many important events of the country and the province; we need to focus and strive more, resolutely carry out the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus; promote economic growth, digital transformation; fight waste; successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term according to the working theme of 2025.

With deep and absolute confidence in the leadership of the Party; with high determination and the spirit of the new spring, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee call on the entire Party, army and people of the province to continue to promote internal strength, resilience, overcome difficulties and challenges, arouse the will and aspiration to rise up, determined to fulfill the highest targets and tasks of the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; strive to achieve the goal of making Quang Nam a fairly developed province of the country by 2030, creating a premise and solid foundation for Quang Nam to continue to develop strongly, ready to join the whole country in entering a new era - the era of national growth.
