According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the forecast for the day and night of April 8 in Hanoi is cloudy, with light rain, drizzle and scattered fog at night and early morning, and light winds. The lowest temperature is 20-22 degrees Celsius, the highest is 24-26 degrees Celsius.

Detailed forecast for regions across the country

- Northwest: Cloudy, rain in some places, sunny and light wind in the afternoon. Temperature remains at the lowest level of about 19-22 degrees Celsius, some places below 19 degrees Celsius, highest level of 25-28 degrees Celsius, some places above 28 degrees Celsius.

- Northeast region: The lowest temperature ranges from 19-22 degrees Celsius, the highest is 23-26 degrees Celsius. The weather is cloudy, with rain in some places. In the plains and coastal areas, there will be light rain, drizzle and scattered fog at night and early morning; light wind.

- From Thanh Hoa to Hue: Cloudy, with rain in some places. In the North of this area, there will be light rain, drizzle and scattered fog in the early morning and at night, with light winds. The lowest temperature is from 21-24 degrees Celsius, the highest is 25-28 degrees Celsius.

- From Da Nang to Binh Thuan : The lowest temperature is from 23-26 degrees Celsius, the highest is 30-33 degrees Celsius. The North of this area is cloudy, with rain in some places, the clouds decrease in the afternoon and evening and the sky is sunny; the South is cloudy, sunny during the day, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night, light wind.

- Central Highlands: Cloudy, sunny during the day, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night; light wind. Lowest temperature from 19-22 degrees Celsius, highest 31-34 degrees Celsius, some places above 34 degrees Celsius.

- Southern region: Temperatures will gradually increase with the lowest temperature ranging from 23-26 degrees Celsius; the highest from 32-35 degrees Celsius; in the East up to 35-36 degrees Celsius. This region is forecast to be cloudy, sunny during the day, and hot in some places. In the East, it will be hot, with showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night in some places. East to southeast wind level 2-3.
