Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the BRICS Leaders' Meeting in Kazan, Russia from October 23 to 24.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Chair of the BRICS Group in 2024, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the expanded BRICS Leaders' Meeting from October 23 to 24.
The conference took place in Kazan, Russian Federation./.
