The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee works with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy

On the afternoon of August 27, comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired a working session with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy on the results of the sector's task performance and the implementation of the Party's resolutions and directives in the 2020-2025 term. Attending the working session were comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: Tran Minh Nam, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Lam Dong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; Dao Trong Dinh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department.

Since the beginning of the term, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy has thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented the resolutions, directives and regulations of the Party, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of the practice of the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities, contributing to ensuring that the law is strictly and uniformly enforced and ensuring political security, order and social safety in the locality. Propaganda and ideological education work has been strengthened. The practice of the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities has been ensured to prevent wrongful convictions and criminals from escaping. Internal inspection, supervision and audit work has been carried out regularly. The work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity within the organization has been well implemented, with no violations occurring.

Speaking at the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the determination and efforts of the Party Executive Committee, Party committees at all levels, and the solidarity, innovation, proactiveness, creativity and sense of discipline and order of all cadres and civil servants of the Ninh Thuan Procuracy in leading, directing and performing assigned tasks. In the coming time, he requested the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy to thoroughly overcome limitations and shortcomings in its operations, thereby continuing to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on the judicial field; paying special attention to seriously and uniformly implementing new laws on justice; striving to achieve and exceed targets according to the set work plan. Strengthening inspection and examination to prevent and combat corruption and negativity; improving the quality of practicing the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities; promoting digital transformation in all stages of prosecution work. Improve the quality of specialized advisory work; pay attention to clarifying inadequacies in mechanisms and policies, thereby recommending to all levels measures to prevent violations and crimes, and overcome inadequacies in state management. Closely coordinate with all levels and sectors in thoroughly resolving complicated and prolonged complaints that cause public outrage, cases and matters that pose a risk of becoming "hot spots", contributing to maintaining political security, order, and social safety, ensuring the success of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, pay attention to caring for and building a clean and strong Party organization; focus on training and fostering prosecutors, and build a comprehensively strong Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Procuracy at both levels.
