Specifically, the main construction items are being implemented, such as: digging, filling, leveling; building factories, operating houses, works serving production lines... The General Department of Defense Industry is also vigorously and synchronously implementing solutions to speed up the project's progress.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam emphasized that the high-quality steel production line investment project, once put into operation, will gradually meet the requirements of defense production, economic development and export tasks; at the same time, he requested the General Department of Defense Industry and related units to proactively implement the tasks in accordance with the policies of the Party, State and Army.
