Continue to implement Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the 10th Politburo on "continuing to build and develop literature and art in the new period"

On October 17, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 180/KH-UBND on implementing Conclusion No. 84-KL/TW dated June 21, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the 10th Politburo on "continuing to build and develop literature and arts in the new period".

The purpose of the Plan is to propagate and raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees at all levels, authorities, socio-political organizations, cadres, party members, people, especially leaders, leaders and managers about the meaning and importance of Conclusion No. 84-KL/TW and Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the 10th Politburo on "continuing to build and develop literature and art in the new period"; identify the building and development of literature and art associated with local economic and social development as a regular task, creating an important foundation and driving force to serve the cause of innovation, construction and development of the country and localities; ensure synchronization, effectiveness and unity of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws and in accordance with the actual situation of Party committees, agencies, units and localities.

Accordingly, the Plan sets out a number of tasks and solutions as follows: Strengthening the leadership of local Party committees, authorities, agencies and units in literary and artistic work; further promoting the role of press, publishing and media agencies and social networking platforms in propagating and introducing the province's literary and artistic works to the public at home and abroad, contributing to promoting the image of the country, culture, Vietnamese people and Dak Lak people to international friends; improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management and increasing resources for building and developing literature and art; improving the quality of research, theory, criticism of literature and art, activities of the Literature and Arts Association and developing the team of artists; improving the quality of cultural and artistic activities, preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage; promoting international exchange and cooperation in literature and art; improving the quality of human resources.
