Developing the Red River landscape axis: Many breakthroughs
Developing the Red River axis to become a new development symbol of Hanoi Capital in the new era is one of the top concerns of the Central Government and the city.
On July 7, 2025, the Government Office issued Document No. 6223/VPCP-QHDP conveying the opinion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the implementation of the conclusion of General Secretary To Lam at the working session with the Hanoi Party Committee.
Accordingly, the Prime Minister assigned relevant ministries and agencies to study and remove difficulties and obstacles related to specialized planning, creating favorable conditions for Hanoi to develop the Red River axis.
The next step is that the Hanoi People's Council has just passed a Resolution regulating the form of use and exploitation of agricultural land funds on river banks and floating banks on diked rivers in Hanoi, implementing Point a, Clause 3, Article 32 of the 2024 Capital Law.
Dr. Architect Dao Ngoc Nghiem said that the issued Resolution has solved urgent problems in exploiting land resources, applying science and technology to create environmental changes, and building a sustainable development capital.

This is a painful reality when real estate brokers and businesses offer many attractive benefits, exaggerate utilities, legality and investment profits to attract customers.
Reflecting to Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Mr. Le Hong Hai (Xuan Phuong Ward) said that he had just become a victim of false advertising when buying an apartment at The Emerald 68 project (Ngoc Luc Bao 68) in Binh Duong province, now Ho Chi Minh City, invested by Le Phong Group Joint Stock Company.
