With the theme “Discipline - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development”, the Education sector is determined to improve comprehensive quality, innovate effectively, and move towards integration. In particular, the education sector in the capital city of Hanoi continues to play a pioneering role, implementing many strategic solutions to train a generation of global citizens.

Principal of Phu Phuong Kindergarten (Phu Hong Commune) Dinh Thi Ut said that Resolution No. 71-NQ/TU is a strong push, especially for preschool education, creating a solid foundation for the next levels of education.

Director of the Department of Education and Training Tran The Cuong affirmed that Hanoi will actively implement Decree No. 202/2025/ND-CP dated July 11, 2025 of the Government, detailing the conditions, order, procedures, educational programs, granting of diplomas and certificates for implementing educational linkages, teaching integrated educational programs for public preschool and general education institutions of Hanoi city.

In the journey of implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program, Hanoi city is the leading locality in the country with the largest number of evaluated and classified products.

According to the Hanoi City New Rural Development Program Coordination Office, out of the city's 3,463 OCOP products (accounting for 45.5%, equivalent to 1,576 products), there are 4-star OCOP products. This is a huge potential for Hanoi to support and develop into 5-star products, affirming its position and bringing higher efficiency.

To achieve the above goal, Ngo Van Ngon, Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi New Rural Development Program Coordination Office, said that first of all, the city supports training and coaching on management skills, brand building, and traceability for cooperatives, businesses, and production households. At the same time, Hanoi focuses on applying science and technology, encouraging production according to VietGAP, GlobalGAP, and organic standards...

Rational marriage

After the proposal to dissolve the House of Representatives to hold a general election by Thailand's caretaker Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai was rejected by the Privy Council, the House of Representatives will elect a new Prime Minister on September 5, 2025.

In Thailand, the People’s Party is seen as a progressive and modern political party while the Bhumjaithai Party is seen as conservative and overly loyal to the Royal Family. With such opposite and conflicting sides now joining forces in the upcoming power gamble, it is no different from entering into a marriage of wits.

However, the alliance between the two factions is still unprecedented and unimaginable in Thailand. This could be an early sign of profound and fundamental changes in Thai politics in the near future.
