Quang Binh Province and Sun Group Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation.

(QBĐT) - On the afternoon of April 15, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province and Sun Group Corporation had a working session to sign the "Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation in investment and development".

Attending the working session were comrades: Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hai Chau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of relevant departments, branches, units, localities and members of the high-level working delegation of the Sun Group Joint Stock Company.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the People's Committee of Quang Binh province and the Sun Group Corporation, the two sides will research and seek potential investment opportunities and deploy investment and development projects in Quang Binh province.

This is an important step to create a premise for Quang Binh province to continue promoting the potential and strengths of the locality, developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector, especially creating tourism products, entertainment areas, and international-class resorts, thereby promoting sustainable economic growth.

Sharing about the choice to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with Sun Group Joint Stock Company, Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong said: The locality highly appreciates the achievements and contributions to the country of Sun Group Joint Stock Company - one of the private economic groups in Vietnam with international scale and class, pioneering in the field of resort tourism and entertainment. The investment participation of Sun Group Joint Stock Company in Quang Binh will contribute to creating a breakthrough development in tourism infrastructure and services.

From there, "awakening" hidden potentials, gradually bringing Quang Binh to the world, attracting more and more domestic and international tourists, contributing to economic growth, sustainable tourism, creating more jobs, bringing great benefits to local people.

The Memorandum of Understanding is the initial condition for Quang Binh province and Sun Group Corporation to work together, research, promote investment opportunities, and develop projects in potential areas in the locality. At the same time, this is also a mark that identifies Quang Binh as a priority area in the investment strategy of Sun Group Corporation.

The memorandum of understanding on strategic investment and development cooperation also states that Quang Binh province will support, guide and accompany the Sun Group Joint Stock Company in the process of implementing legal procedures, ensuring the fastest and simplest resolution in accordance with the provisions of law.
