Global Connected Vietnamese Children Organization awarded scholarships to students in difficult circumstances in Khanh Khe commune, Lang Son province.

On September 8, 2025, in Khanh Khe commune, Lang Son province, a working delegation of Vietnam Children Global Connection (VNCGC) led by Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, representative of the Organization, visited and presented scholarships to disadvantaged students studying at Trang Cac Kindergarten, Trang Cac Primary and Secondary School, Khanh Khe commune, Lang Son province.

Attending the program were representatives of Khanh Khe Commune leaders, representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs, commune organizations, teachers and students.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, representative of VNCGC, emphasized that over the past 20 years, VNCGC has accompanied Lang Son province in many activities to support children in difficult circumstances, contributing to motivating them to excel in their studies and life. He expressed his wish to continue to receive close coordination from agencies, departments and local authorities to implement more practical activities in the coming time.

At the ceremony, VNCGC awarded 30 gifts and scholarships with a total value of about 39 million VND to disadvantaged students studying at Trang Cac Kindergarten, Trang Cac Primary and Secondary School, Khanh Khe Commune, Lang Son Province so that they have enough provisions to confidently enter the new school year.

Also at the program, Mr. To Quang Trung, Vice Chairman of Khanh Khe Commune People's Committee, expressed his deep gratitude to the VNCGC organization as well as the attention and connection of the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs. He affirmed that this timely support is very meaningful for students and the local community in the context that the commune is still facing many difficulties, the lives of people as well as students are still lacking, and expressed his hope that the commune will continue to receive the companionship and support of departments, branches, and organizations at home and abroad in the coming time.
